Free eNewsletter Advice

Leverage Your eNewsletter

Free eNewsletter advice on how to use your eNewsletter to it's maximum potential

If you are just using your eNewsletter to send out company information that is not exceptionally valuable to your client list, you are not getting the most out of your ePublishing effort.  This free article gives you ideas and pointers on how to use your eNewsletter to get better results and have a stronger impact with your readers.

First you must decide what the goal is of your eNewsletter. Here are some possible goals for your eNewsletter and some free advice on how to achieve those goals.

1. I want to strengthen the relationships I have with existing clients

  • Consider mentioning clients in your articles
  • Let your clients contribute articles to your publication
  • Link to a client you mention in an article and later let them know how many clicks to their site your eNewsletter produced.
  • Free give away to one member per month
  • Survey that lets your clients know you appreciate their opinion

2. I want to get new customers

  • Write an article highlighting your successes
  • Thank clients that have given you referrals
  • Be sure to include "Forward to Friend" option on eNewsletter
  • When you meet someone new, ask them if you can add them to your free eNewsletter

3. I want to be seen as an expert

  • Include an article highlighting additional free resources on your website or blog
  • Include a link to a free Podcast of a speech you did
  • Write articles in your eNewsletter that demonstrate your expertise and your ability to make the subject easier to understand for the non-expert.
  • Refer back to other articles in your eNewsletter archieves that are searchable on the web.  That way your effort builds a true resource center.
  • Review other complimentary products and services and make recommendations.

If one of these is not your primary reason for publishing your eNewsletter, send us your reason and we will send you some free advice on how to get the most out of your eNewsletter.
